We believe

that the Bible is the word of God, divinely inspired in its original form.

We believe

in one omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient God, revealed to man in three distinct persons, namely the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe

that Jesus is the Son of God. He came to earth in the flesh, was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died to pay for the sins of humanity, rose to life eternal and will one day return to earth to be with his people. Eternal salvation comes only through his name.

We believe

that all people are made in the image of God. All human life is sacred and the innocent should be defended.

We believe

that the Christian life should result in one becoming a disciple of Christ. A believer should follow the morals and conduct of the New Testament scriptures. A Christian’s character should reflect the fruit of the Holy Spirit, namely: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control.

We believe

in the unity of believers and that we should live in harmony with all men where possible, especially with Christians – those in the household of faith.

We believe

in caring for widows, orphans and the poor with compassion and practical aid.

We believe

in the ordinances of the New Testament and the sacraments of the Christian Church including; believer’s baptism, celebration of the Lord’s Supper, study of the apostle’s doctrine, prayer, worship, fellowship with God’s people, miraculous signs and wonders and we hold marriage as holy unto the Lord.

We believe

in the bodily resurrection of the dead and those who receive God’s grace will live with him eternally, but the wicked will suffer in hell.

We believe

that a person is saved only by God’s grace and not by works, but his behavior in this life will determine his eternal rewards.

We believe

that God judges people in this life as well as in eternity.
